Description: outdoor use powder coating is composed of saturated polyester resin and curing agent, coating with high gloss, good mechanical performance, good adherence, good chemical resistance, excellent weather resistance and other characteristics. 1. weight: 1.4 -1.8 g/cm3, varies according to the formula and color.
2. Particle size distribution: usually an average particle size of 34 to 45¦Ìm varies according to different purposes, less than 15¦Ìm particle size < 7.5%, more than 85¦Ìm particle size < 0.5%.
3. Powder liquidity: > 140 (ISO8130¡ª5:1992), vary according to different purposes
Coating performance: all test with 0.8 mm thickness of oil removal derusting cold-rolled steel sheet, film thickness of 50-80 microns
