Introduction: composed of saturated polyester resin and curing agent, coating with high gloss, excellent mechanical property, good adhesion, high rate of powder on, excellent weather resistance, etc.
Application: specifically designed for the solar water heater, can be widely used in solar water heater bracket, tanks which need to spray weather-proof powder, has good decorative role besides excellent protection.

Powder physical properties:
1. weight: 1.4 -1.8 g/cm3, varies according to the formula and color.
2. Particle size distribution: usually an average particle size of 34 to 45¦Ìm varies according to different purposes, less than 15¦Ìm particle size < 7.5%, more than 85¦Ìm particle size < 0.5%.
3. Powder liquidity: > 140 (ISO8130¡ª5:1992), vary according to different purposes
Coating performance: all test with 0.8 mm thickness of oil removal derusting cold-rolled steel sheet, film thickness of 50-80 microns
